Many private practices face challenges with team dynamics, engagement, and retention. This webinar on enhancing emotional intelligence will explore how the DISC Profile offers a powerful framework for understanding personality-driven behaviors and communication styles. Attendees will learn to recognize their own natural strengths and blind spots—as well as those of their teams. Leaders who adapt to different DISC styles will foster more effective communication, stronger teamwork, and a culture that attracts and retains top talent. Walk away with practical insights to boost performance, reduce stress, and build a more engaged team—leading to better patient care and business success.
By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
1. Articulate a basic understanding of each of the DISC Personality Traits.
2. Identify specific opportunities to enhance emotional intelligence as an owner/leader in a PT private practice.
3. Analyze how DISC personality styles influence communication dynamics and leadership effectiveness in a PT private practice.
4. Apply DISC principles to enhance team growth, reduce conflict, and improve patient care outcomes.
5. Develop engagement strategies to leverage DISC Profiles and emotional intelligence as a professional development investment in the team.
To get the most out of this webinar, we recommend completing a DISC assessment before attending the live session. This will give you a better understanding of your own communication style and how it impacts team dynamics.
